How do you persuade someone to see a thousand contemporary works of art?

How can we also spark the interest in contemporary art of those who rarely visit exhibitions? The Godot Institute’s answer is ARTCRUSH: a playful digital explorer of the Godot Art Expo. First you meet a piece. You only learn its name and price later. At first you simply need to decide: has it captured you?
First the artwork. Then everything else.
Feel free. You like it. I really like it. Your first choice is not guided by the artist’s renown or the price of the work. There is no right or wrong answer, and you don’t need any art‑history background.
The ARTCRUSH can be tried for free, without registration, on phone and computer. You can discover works, and a personal selection will form from your favourites.
Whatever you capture you can get to know.
If you like a piece, opening it in your own selection will already reveal the artist’s name, the work’s details and its price. You don't have to wait for CRUSH to develop.
A CRUSH is a separate form of feedback: it signals when there is a sustained interest in a work, for example if you return to it more than once. However, the path to discovery is already open after the first like.

Where available, interior renderings help you visualise the artwork in a space. These are illustrative; the exact dimensions are shown in the work’s details.
Curiosity opens up new possibilities.
After evaluating fifty different works The Similar function is available: you can search for visually related works based on your own picture or photo.
After evaluating a hundred different works. With the “Nézd meg a faladon” function you can try out the appropriate works on a compatible device in your own surroundings. This is a separate option in addition to the ready‑made room‑scale visualisations.
In the meantime you can continue exploring, return to your favourites, and show someone else what you’ve found.
From a thousand works to the personal meeting
If you reach the evaluation of a thousand different works, You can request two free, weekday‑valid Godot Art Expo tickets.
The game can therefore continue beyond the phone: at the exhibition you can encounter contemporary works in real size, in their materiality and spatial presence. What sparked your curiosity on a screen may offer a completely different experience live.

Why did we create it?
The Godot Institute aims to bring as many people as possible into personal contact with contemporary art. ARTCRUSH supports this through playful discovery: first it draws attention to a piece, then offers the opportunity for further exploration.
The educational purpose lies in the encounters. You see different works, observe what interests you, and by following your own curiosity you can become acquainted with the works and the artists.
