Godot Institute of Contemporary Art

At the former Goldberger factory in Óbuda, the Institute stages its own exhibitions, works with artists and brings them together with audiences. Imre Bukta’s Let Us Cultivate Our Gardens was shown here.

The Godot story began with Godot Gallery in 1999. The Institute opened in Óbuda in 2019. Today it has three exhibition spaces at two Budapest addresses. The Institute’s own exhibition space and Godot Labor Gallery are in Óbuda. Godot Gallery is on Bartók Béla út. byGodot is the Institute’s online gallery.
