Robert Marcel

The Godot Gallery, Varga László and the Gallery Vargart invite you and your dear friends to the opening of the photo exhibition “Robert Marcel Korlátaink” on 31 October 2005 at 20.

Robert Marcel was born in Budapest in 1953. During his restless life, travelling the world, he was a newspaper editor, a professional footballer, an actor and a corporate director. While roaming, he fell in love with photography, which has since produced several exhibitions from Montreal to Stockholm. In 1999 his collection of poems titled Dream was published in Sydney.

"...I love the evening,"

which deeply‑quietly scatters our eternal desires

and, with a cunning mind, like the lucky one on the card.

in this way the wise hope is taken from us.

The exhibition can be viewed until 13 November, from Tuesday to Friday between 10 and 18 o’clock, and on Saturdays and Sundays between 10 and 13 o’clock.
