The works on display at the exhibition entitled *The Room* work with bodily and spatial sensations extracted from everyday life. By installing the objects in a space‑specific manner, the experience of emptiness, homeliness, comfort, or alienation is made tangible.

In the works on display the artists cut body and space into fragments, then rebuild them by freely moving the creative elements. Through this experimental reconstruction they interpret and present the movement logic of their own bodies. The abstract pieces that employ a distinctive language of form invite unconstrained interpretation, giving us the chance to consider the works in relation to our own lives and surroundings.
