Yoga in the Museum / Cosmic Breath

Godot Yoga – Cosmic Spirit
2023. 03. 27.
Collector: 18:15 Start: 18:30
Come and practice yoga in the Godot Institute’s special environment, where Koronczi Endre’s wind‑themed exhibition titled “Kérem, sóhajtson, Széchenyi Úr!” assists the cultivation of bodily and spiritual flow.
We will begin the event with a presentation that echoes the exhibition, and then we will drop ourselves into a self‑love practice led by Varga Flóra, a qualified hatha and yin yoga instructor.
Yoga sees the human as a whole. The original purpose of ancient yoga was to recognise our true nature and to know ourselves beyond the health of the physical body. While on the mat we can learn to know ourselves. It helps to develop body awareness and to forge a connection with ourselves, which is also the theme of the current exhibition. Yoga is a way of life, just as art. It is always different, ever changing and ever developing – even the fruit it yields.
Let us together awaken the change within us and connect with yourself by embracing the positive effects of art and yoga.
Come in comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat, or let us know if you don’t have one.
Admission ticket: 3500,-
The room can accommodate a maximum of 20 people.
