SUPREME

In exploring the subject of Minyó’s constructed images, he draws nearer to his manual gestures, so the compositions reveal details to a depth of 3. At the same time he distances himself from the almost exclusively photo‑emulsion analogue technique that had previously characterised his work… Starting from a photographed base condition, he further employs freehand gestures to build wholly unique plexicollages.

Robitz Anikó reduces visual elements found in the built environment into geometric shapes. In her photographs, various textures and surface qualities manifest themselves in an explicit graphic effect that is characteristic of her.

At the heart of the exhibition, three joint works made from Robitz’s geometric shapes and Minyó’s freehand gestures are assembled into suggestive plexiglass pieces that greet the viewers.
