Határ Attila először mutatkozik be a Godot Labor kiállítóterében.

Határ Attila is exhibiting at the Godot Labor exhibition space for the first time. In his exhibition Szoborpark, ami nem érdekel, he explores the psychological processes and dynamics of personal relationships that have long been central to his painting. The exhibition brings two media into dialogue: amorphous sculptural fragments appear in fictional landscapes in his paintings. The relationship between landscape and sculpture unfolds as an abstract representation of psychological and interpersonal dynamics, encompassing oppression, reconciliation and rapture. The works explore not only aesthetic but also psychological and philosophical questions: how do people and their surroundings affect one another, and how are personalities distorted by everyday emotional mechanisms? The exhibition takes a distinctive approach to the dynamics of human relationships, while the paintings’ accomplished painterly qualities captivate the viewer. The richly coloured world of Határ Attila’s works combines vigour and freshness with a distinctive melancholy. The exhibition, spread over two floors, also presents the small-scale sculptures on which the paintings are based, forming a sketch of a fictional miniature sculpture park.

Despite his young age, Határ Attila has been a lecturer at EKKE since 2022. He regularly exhibits in solo and group exhibitions. In 2023, he won the Godot Art Expo Grand Prize.

Running alongside this exhibition at the Godot Institute of Contemporary Art are a joint retrospective of the work of Szüts Miklós and Vojnits Erzsébet, and Ács Kinga-Noémi’s solo exhibition Tükörasszony játszótere.
