Den Godot-institutet för samtida konst är ett av Budapests ledande oberoende samtida konstcentra, beläget i den historiska… ÓbudaOmrådet är känt för sin livliga kulturatmosfär, charmiga gator och renoverad industriarv – den perfekta miljön för att upptäcka progressiv samtida konst.
Institutet verkar över --- tre utställningslokaler:
The Godot ICA och Godot Labor ligger i en gammal textilfabrik, omvandlad till ett stort, museumstypisk exhibitionskomplex med en 700 kvm hall och ett fjärimestigt galleribyggnad — en unik och självständig institution i Ungerns samtida konstscen.
Opening Hours – How Godot Operates
The Godot Institute follows a special operating model:
Our spaces are only open during active exhibitions.
During exhibitions, the opening hours are always:Thursday to Sunday • 14:00–19:00
Between exhibitions, the spaces are closed due to deinstallation, construction and new installations.

Eco Ticket – Godot’s Own Innovation
Godot is the first institution in Hungary to introduce the Eco Ticket:
Entry is free, and visitors contribute at the end of their visit — as much as they wish or are able to.
This model makes contemporary art more accessible and supports a more democratic cultural environment.
