Den Godot Institut for Moderne Kunst er et af Budapests førende uafhængige samtidskunstilde, beliggende i det historiske kvarter af ÓbudaOmrådet er kendt for sin livlige kulturliv, charmefulde gader og renoveret industririsiko — det perfekte miljø for at opdage progressiv nutidig kunst.
Instituttet opererer på tværs af tre udstillingssteder:
Godot ICA og Godot Labor er indkvarteret i en tidligere tekstilfabrik, der er omdannet til et stort, museelignende udstillingskompleks med en 700 m² hall og et fire-etagers galleribyggeland — en unik og uafhængig institution på Ungarns samtidige kunstscene.

The Godot Institute følger en særlig driftsmodel:
Vores rum er kun åbent under aktive udstillinger.
Under udstillinger er åbningstiderne altid:Torsdag til søndag • 14:00–19:00
Mellom udstillingerne er rummene lukkede på grund af demontering, konstruktion og nye installationer.

Eco Ticket – Godot’s Own Innovation
Godot is the first institution in Hungary to introduce the Eco Ticket:
Entry is free, and visitors contribute at the end of their visit — as much as they wish or are able to.
This model makes contemporary art more accessible and supports a more democratic cultural environment.
